 Light Brown Apple Moth infestation

                  I am the expert witness and declarant in opposition to the aerial spraying in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties in California for the Light Brown Apple Moth infestation.   The aerial spraying uses pheromones in a mixture that contains inert ingredients whose safety has not been adequately tested either individually or as a mixture.  The LBAM aerial spray program and human rights

            We are reviewing the medical records of a 52 year old woman who develop TEN following use of the antibiotic, Ketek (R)

            We are reviewing the medical records of infants who develop SJS following treatment with MOTRIN (R)

            We are looking into the health effects and problems associated with FEMA trailers given to families following Katrina and Rita.
